Your local copy’s stylesheets need to be analyzed in order to find out the root cause of this local glitch.
I use it on two different sites using the same theme. I want the button to appear as the last phrase of the paragraph, not below the paragraph. The online demo shows it below the paragraph. Do you have a demo that shows it in the paragraph?
You can alter this behavior by using custom CSS code.
Unfortunately, no, we are not offering a demo for every use-case as those are really unlimited.

You are technically able to do that, yes.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see an option to download previous versions of the plugin.
