noindex .pdf files

    Hi,

    Is there a way to prevent search engines from indexing links to .pdf files, such as adding the noindex tag to posts and pages?

    Thanks in advance for any suggestions

    Hi @olistic ,

    Pdf files are static files which are not HTML files, so they don’t have robots tag. So in this case there are no ways to add noindex robots tag for them.
