No, unfortunately, this is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box.
However, it might be possible with some custome code. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io. We claim no responsibility for any custom code on your site and we recommend you test it on a test site before using it on your live site. We suggest you hire a developer for such custom code needs.
You’re also welcome to add it as a suggestion here. I think that it would be a nice add-on for our forms: https://feedback.mailpoet.com

@simplysaru Thank you very much for your reply and this worked a treat. I followed your instructions and changed the field name but got it working first time. I did not use the functions.php file but instead used the plugin “Code Snippets”
