hi, I am pulling my hair out, please help me!!

I have three different pages of member directories:-

    1. Members page – Only logged in members
    2. Management Team – needs to be publicly viewable AND logged in members
    3. Instructor Team – same as 2.

With the Members page set to “members only” they can see this directory. All good.

With Management (2) and Instructors (3) teams set to “Anyone”, the public can see these, but logged in users cannot. They see the message “We are sorry. We cannot find any users who match your search criteria.”

I cannot get the permissions (privacy options?) set correctly so that members see the directories on ALL directories when logged in, without upsetting the ability for “anybody” to see the public pages.

Please help me see how to achieve this!!

    Many thanks in advance

…surely “Anyone” should be a site guest AND a logged in user?

    Hello @mojoke

Please check that roles are configured to display in member directories that are intended for display to anyone.
Ultimate Member > Member Directories > Select the desired audience and click Edit > Check the “User Roles to Display” setting and whether roles are selected for display. Try to mark the roles, update the settings, and check the display in the directory.
More info about directory settings can be found here – https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1513-member-directories-2-1-0
