Plugin stopped working no help from “paid” support

    The plugin stopped working. All cache cleared, permalinks resaved, etc.

    Client purchased the pro plugin, the email address provided for support is nonexistent but the money was deducted from their bank. No answer from developer.

    We do not do “paid” support. Support is free.
