Bookings going into wrong service

OK I have two services setup for one location and one employee, Court 1 and Court 2, very simple setup, when someone books court 1 it shows on Court 2 instead, it’s going into the wrong service calendar, which then shows the wrong occupancy levels and wrong days book. I have tried to contact support but not sure if they have tested, I have given full access to the staging site, please can you help with this ASAP as its driving my nuts! I’m a pro buyer but they software still seems very unstable?
