Empty “Upgrade Notes” error is still around

    I came in and searched if this issue was reported, it was, another post for 3.7.9 and the plugin author mentioned it was fixed………..well……………3.7.11 it shows empty.

    What are the notes? still empty in the .txt file I think the author mentioned in that other post?

    I’d removed the extraneous code, but I hadn’t removed the empty Upgrade Notice from the readme. That’s now gone.
