woocommerce analytics issue

    Hello we have an issue with woocommerce analytics.

    For example we go to analytics – total income ant there we see the amount of 97000 net tirnover. Next we use the same date setting and go to products, and now the total amount is 34000. The same issue with categorys.

    We cleared all caches, we re-uploaded history, so where do we go next?

    Any ideas?

    • cleared caches, and

    To assist you further, could you please confirm the following?

    • Historical Data Import: When you tried to re-import your historical data, did it complete successfully without any error messages? Did you select a specific date range while re-importing?
    • Analytics Settings: Could you please go to WordPress Dashboard > Analytics > Settings and let me know what Date type you currently have set?
    • Database Version: In the system status report, the database details are missing. Sometimes, an outdated WooCommerce database version can cause this behavior. Could you please ensure that your database version matches your current WooCommerce version (9.1.0)? You can check and update this under WooCommerce > Status > Tools.
    • Action Scheduler: I noticed there are many failed actions in your system status report. Could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions (or Action Scheduler) and check if any of the failed actions are related to wc-admin or data importing?
