    Hi there!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention I’ll be happy to help you look into this issue.

I have tried to replicate the behavior on your site, and I’m able to reproduce the same issue where selecting different products/variations results in the same product being added to the cart.

This usually suggests there may be a plugin or theme-related conflict causing the cart data or product IDs to be overridden.

To assist you further, could you please create a staging site, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, and activate a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Five? Then please check if the issue still occurs.

You can create a staging site using your hosting provider’s built-in staging tool (if available), or you can use the following plugin:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

If the issue still persists, please keep the plugins deactivated and share the staging site URL along with your System Status Report (WooCommerce → Status). You can also paste it using https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share the link here.

Once we have that information, we’ll be able to investigate further and assist you in resolving this.

    Hello shahzeen,
Yes, I checked and deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and switched the default theme. It works fine on a single product page to choose the right product on cart. This theme also works fine on a single product page to choose the right product/variation. But not in home page.

    That’s the problem.

    Hi @brainchildbd,

Thanks for testing so thoroughly! The fact that it works correctly on single product pages but not on the homepage tells us exactly where to look.

I could reproduce it on your homepage, but wasn’t able to on category and single products due to your site running into issues. It seems you’re doing some testing: https://streamable.com/7ybqt7.

That said, the homepage product buttons are almost certainly using a custom “Add to Cart” implementation from your theme, rather than WooCommerce’s standard button. This custom implementation appears to be passing the wrong product ID when the button is clicked, which is why the same product always ends up in the cart regardless of which one you click.

Since this only happens on the homepage and works correctly everywhere else, this is likely a theme-level issue rather than a WooCommerce bug. We’d recommend reaching out to the support team for your theme and sharing your findings.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you need anything else.

    Hi @brainchildbd,

I’m afraid we do not require your login credentials and sharing it publicly here is unsafe and goes against the forum guidelines.
