    Hello.

    I try your app for mobile check-in, but when i save credentials, only see “Credentials stored, but the server could not be reached right now”. What i miss?

    Hi @tomashoracek,

    This message usually appears for one of the following reasons:

    1. The EventPrime API is either disabled or not enabled for the selected user account on the website.
    2. The required EventPrime extensions — specifically the Event Tickets and Check-in extension — are not installed and activated on the website.

    Please verify the following:

    1. EventPrime API access is enabled for the user you are using in the mobile app.
    2. The EventPrime Check-in/Event Tickets extension is installed and activated
    3. Your website is publicly accessible and not blocked by maintenance mode, firewall, or security plugins

    Once these settings are correctly configured, the mobile app should be able to connect successfully.
