    Hello Support,

    I have a website designed for client with the videos of the or products added to the woocommerce custom tab. These videos are displayed via short code. Howvever to add new videos to the gallery only an admin can do this. I am not giving the client admin rights as they tend to mess up the site. So they are using shop manager or editor access to manage their shop. But the option to add videos are not visble to them. how can i make that possible? is there a code snippet that I can use?

    This is most likely related to user capabilities/permissions for the field or shortcode being used for the videos.

    I would first check how the video gallery was implemented — for example:

    • ACF/custom fields
    • custom meta box
    • page builder
    • shortcode plugin
    • custom plugin/theme functionality

    In many cases, the Shop Manager or Editor role does not have permission to edit that specific field/group.

    If you can share how the videos are added currently, I can suggest the correct capability change or code snippet.

    Thank you for the response. But what i meant was that the TS Gallery menu options in wp admin area is not visible to the shop manager.
