Today’s error message is : Access key is not valid, update the plugin settings. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk.

This is the first instance. Access key has been valid for many months. How do I determine whether a new one is needed and get it ?

Please ensure that the Access Key entered in your plugin settings matches the one found in your Anti-Spam Dashboard.

Thank you for answering. Turns out there was a challenge with the hosting provider which somehow disconnected everything. When that challenge was resolved the existing key (still in place) just needed to be re-entered into the cleantalk dashboard (which I was struggling to find). All is well now.
