Tried various presets along with manual configuration and here are the results:

• My sites are slower with lite speed cache plugin than without it
• pages are being deindexed by google
• images are flashing or not displaying at all
• im getting prompts in the admin dashboard to pay for a premium cdn
• wp admin dashboard shows expired data
• wp admin bar does not load correctly
