• Hi, I am testing this plugin, and found some issue – it breaks account page layout – content is splited into one column, instead of 2. (Vertical navigation on left, content on right)

Any idea how to fix, please? Template used is SpicePress PRO.
    Thank you very much.

    Kind regards, Vladimir

    Hi Vladimir,

this plugin shouldn’t have any effect on another page as it does not inject/enqueue any styles other than on the actual withdrawal page. Did you place the shortcode for the withdrawal form within your account page? Could you provide me with a link to see actual result?

    Best,
    Dennis

    Hi,
thank you. Yes I did. Just the plugin is currently disabled – so you see only shortcode.

    Hi,

the shortcode is actually not executed. You should place the shortcode on your withdrawal page (the one you’ve selected from the withdrawal settings). Please use a page that is available to all users (not only logged-in users).

    Hi Dennis,

thank you – yes, I was wrong. On withdrawal page it works (https://www.prohelp.cz/odstoupeni-od-kupni-smlouvy/)

However, how to show the button e.g. on account page – in description, the button should be created itself?

The button is included within your footer by default (in case enabled and your theme supports that). You may link to the actual withdrawal page (it’s just a normal WP page) from whichever page you want 🙂

    Best,
    Dennis
