• When trying to edit a page on my website using the Elementor editor and I have the Jegkit plugin activated, the Elementor editor will stall and not load. When I deactivate the Jegkit plugin the page i’m tryin to edit will load just fine in Elementor and work as normal. I have to deactivate the Jegkit plugin inorder for Elementor to function properly. I have updated all plugins. I’m currently on the free version of Jegkit and planned on upgrading to pro but not if I continue to have issues with the functionality. Any advise on what to do to get Jegkit to work properly in Elementor?

    Hello @tnez10,

We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response and for the inconvenience you have experienced.

Usually, the most common cause of issues like this is that the allocated memory has been exhausted or has reached its limit. To resolve this, you can try increasing your WP_MEMORY_LIMIT configuration to 512MB as recommended by Elementor, or increase it to 768MB for more optimal performance.

    https://elementor.com/help/requirements/#:~:text=10.5%20or%20greater.-,WP%20Memory%20Limit,-WP%20Memory%20limit

After updating the configuration, please try checking the issue again by performing a Hard Refresh in your browser. If the issue still persists, could you check whether there are any error messages displayed when opening the Elementor Editor?

You can inspect the browser console to look for error or warning messages occurring on the browser side. On the server side, you may find files such as error.log or debug.log on your server. Usually, when an error occurs, the server generates log messages that developers can use for further investigation.

If you are not familiar with this process, you may want to contact your server or hosting provider. They should be able to help you locate the error messages generated by your server.

For now, this is the information we can provide. We will be waiting for your update.

    Thank You
