• I received another subscription invoice, but I have lost my license number. Unfortunately, the license information is not included in the invoices, and there is also no customer account where I can retrieve it.

    I have contacted till@kruss.io and encoder@till.im several times over the past weeks but never received a reply. This is very disappointing support for a paid license service.

    The subscription is billed through Stripe, but there is no visible option to cancel the subscription either. At this point, my only option seems to be posting this message publicly in the hope of getting some attention and support.

    Please contact me and help resolve this issue.
