DB auto-optimization frequency?

    I love the plugin but the settings are a bit overwhelming! Quick question, is it safe to set the database optimization to run automatically every single day, or will that slow down the server too much?

    @danna3 glad that you like the plugin. I would try with daily, see the load at the moment when cron run.
    But, in my opinion, a weekly run will be enought.
