error — Active Business License

    Hello TranslatePress Support Team,

    I am experiencing a critical issue with TranslatePress AI on my website https://bulgariasm artinvest.com

    My license is ACTIVE and valid until June 7, 2026, with 509,958 AI words remaining. However, the API is returning the following error:

    "Out of valid license dates" — InvalidArgumentException, code 0
    File: /sites/mtapi.translatepress.com/files/src/Translation/Translation.php, line 85

    License Key: acefeb3fb58f8c09ac058203dd5f7a8f
    Plan: TranslatePress Business (Active)
    Expiry: June 7, 2026
    Activations: 1 of 3
    Words Remaining: 509,958

    I have already tried the following:
    ✗ Deactivating and reactivating the plugin
    ✗ Removing and re-entering the license key
    ✗ Testing API credentials — returns code 200 OK but the Response Body shows the error above

    The error is clearly originating from your server (mtapi.translatepress.com), not from my WordPress installation. My website is currently not being translated and I am losing business as a result.

    Please investigate and resolve this urgently.
