• Hi, things have been working fine until recently something has changed with our forms. Certain elements are only showing in the “flat” style, no matter what the style is set to. But some elements are displaying correctly, like the dropdown for teams, the total amount field, and the more info field. I’ve cleared the cache for the site, I added custom css to the appearance, and also tried the steps outline here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/forminator-styles-no-longer-working/.

But nothing has fixed the issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @jwaldeck1

I can see that the styling rules of the Forminator form are being overwritten by the styling rules of the the theme or page builder, as the document of the page contains an style element that is loaded near at the bottom of the page, with the ID “wp-site-designer-contrast-fallback” which contains several CSS rules that affects how the form looks. Since these rules are being read by the browser after the Forminator ones, these ones are applied first.

Is the form fixed if you change the overall style of the form? Edit the form and under the Appearance section, in the Style subsection, try changing the style.

I may also suggest you to check if the theme or Page builder (if you use one) has any optimization features that you may change in order to see if any makes any change in how the form looks.

Also consider making a backup of your site, or use a staging site, before running a Conflict Test by deactivating the rest of the plugins and temporarily switch back to a default Theme, just to confirm if any other component of the site is causing this.

Please let us know how it went.

    Kind regards,
    Jair.
