Student Registration page Access Denied

Hi All!
Just setting up Tutor LMS and have a beginner’s question.
I have a link to the Student Registration page in my primary menu, but the link just shows an “access denied” page. The page itself has the shortcode [tutor_student_registration_form] .
How do I get the registration form to display publicly?
(Also, how do I format the fields in the registration form?)
