Hello @diap5784 ,
The staging process failed during database export, mostly due to its huge size + server limitations.
In the first place, I’d recommend you perform a full cleanup and optimize all your tables.
You can do that easily with the help of a free and simple plugin.
Check it out: https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-database-cleaner
– Cleanup won’t remove anything that is in use, so, no worries.
Then, follow these steps carefully:
1. Download and install the “Advanced DB Cleanup” plugin
2. Do a full Cleanup and optimize all tables using the Advanced DB Cleanup plugin
3. After that you can already remove the mentioned cleanup plugin if you wish
4. Go to Backup & Migration plugin settings
5. Open the “Other options” section
6. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xTltjgreo_Thw0f36yD4CE0imLbSF2JG/view?usp=sharing
7. Change backup method: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1n6_pPPJCJGEPsGxkVvXy_LByWlFBUKzI/view?usp=sharing
8. Enable database batch export: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QFpGuAJ1J5SeV6n2D6wth4sXzfAOBQAI/view?usp=sharing
9. Enable the new database export engine: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1osrro9Kd9VUKVd6UzchE7iYsKyWAj7vR/view?usp=sharing
10. Save the “Other options” section
11. Force to end both processes (troubleshooting): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fXYpjgDar6FAd77XFuBGzdoHRhbYGHqx/view?usp=sharing
Right after the last step, you can run the backup process once again.
Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
Thank you!
Unfortunately none of these steps worked. Additionally to clarify, I am making a staging site.
