First, please note that you are using the Premium version of wpDataTables, while this forum is intended only for Lite/free plugin support.
That said, I can still quickly advise you on this issue.
Our developers identified a problem related to the “Use stable HighChart version” option, particularly in cases where the CDN version is still being loaded instead of the local plugin files. This is already scheduled to be addressed in an upcoming update, so the stable version option should work properly again afterward.
Additionally, the long-term plan is to fully remove the dependency on the Highcharts CDN and load all chart assets directly from the plugin files in future releases.
For now, please go to the main plugin settings and toggle the “Use stable HighChart version” option. If it is currently enabled, disable it, then clear your site/server cache, refresh the page, and check if the charts appear again.
Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin so you have all current fixes and improvements.

Just as a heads up, your support link doesn’t work anymore. The Melograno page has no obvious location to submit tickets. The chat bot seems circular and it was not clear how to submit a clear ticket with photos.
