Klaviyo URL parameter cache exclusion is outdated

    A website hosted with Cloudways became unresponsive under load yesterday and upon investigation the cause was due to an outdated cache exclusion.

    Klaviyo is listed on your documentation as having _ke excluded however this was changed to _kx a number of years ago.

    Whilst it’s possible to add this exclusion through plugin settings it would be a big help for anyone facing this issue if the _kx exclusion were added to the plugin.

    Thank you for reporting this. We understand that Klaviyo now uses the _kx URL parameter for email-to-website tracking, while the current exclusion reference still mentions _ke. As a workaround, please add _kx under Breeze’s cache query string exclusion settings so these tracking URLs are not cached separately. We will also review this internally and consider adding _kx as a default exclusion in a future Breeze update.
