Hello, first of all, I would like to greet you. I use your plugin classified listings, but I am using the free version of your plugin and I want to feautered the ads, but the ads are not sorted by feautered, but only by time. That is, the ads are sorted by the time they were created, not by featured. How can I fix this and is this feature available in the free version?

    Hello,

Thank you for using Classified Listing.

Currently, sorting ads by Featured status is not available. By default, listings are sorted based on the publish/creation date, and there are also additional sorting criteria available in the All Listings page settings tab.

Could you please mention where exactly you want to apply this sorting (listing archive page, category page, search results, etc.)?

Also, if listings are sorted by Featured status, what should happen with the non-featured listings? Please share your expected behavior so we can better understand your requirement.

However, if you want to display only featured ads on a specific page built with Elementor or Gutenberg, that is possible using the available widgets/blocks. For this, you can check our toolkits addon:

    Thank you.

Look, in the pricing section of the plugin, I’m creating a plan for a 3-day featured ad, and when a user places an ad and selects the same plan and pays, I mark that ad as VIP in the “All Listings” section. However, the ad doesn’t appear at the top of the list; only the word “VIP” is visible. My question is, is this feature to move the ad to the top of the list only available in the paid version of the plugin, or is this feature completely absent?

    Hi,
This feature is available in the Pro version as the “Top Ad” feature.

Using the same pricing process, you can create a plan for a “Top Ad.” When a user purchases/promote that plan, the listing will appear at the top of the All Listings page.

There are also settings available to:

    • Enable or disable the Top Ad feature
    • Control how many Top Ads are displayed at a time
    • Customize the label text (for example: VIP, Top, Featured, etc.)

If multiple Top Ads exist in the system, the listings are displayed randomly based on the configured limit.

    Thank you
