    Hi Support Team,

I am experiencing a persistent issue with Jetpack Social and my Facebook Fanpage integration. Despite following the standard troubleshooting steps, I cannot resolve the connection for my specific page named “Datacloudvn”.

    Current Status:

    • Error Message: The Jetpack dashboard shows “Broken connection” and “There is an issue with this connection” for the “Datacloudvn” page.
    • The Problem: When I try to “Connect more” or reconnect, the system only detects/lists my other Fanpages, but the “Datacloudvn” page does not appear as an option to select, or if it does, the connection remains broken immediately after.

    Steps I have already taken:

    1. Reset Business Integrations: I have completely removed the Jetpack Social app from my Facebook Personal Profile’s Business Integrations settings.
    2. Permissions Check: I re-authenticated and ensured that “All Pages” and all permission toggles were granted during the Facebook OAuth popup.
    3. Clean Reconnection: I disconnected the Facebook account from the Jetpack settings on my WordPress site, cleared my browser cache, and attempted the connection in an Incognito/Private window.
    4. Admin Check: I am a full Administrator of the “Datacloudvn” Fanpage on Facebook.

Request: Could you please check if there is a cached token or a specific API conflict on your end preventing the “Datacloudvn” page from being refreshed or correctly linked? I would appreciate any guidance on how to force a deep reset of this specific integration.
