Adding New Fields

Basically you can add any new fields on the WP Booking Calendar > Settings > Forms Builder page.

If the conditions depend on the selection of options in another fields (select-boxes, checkboxes, etc..), then unfortunately, it is not possible in the Booking Calendar versions. Sorry.
