hashtags and at’s

I am publishing to several social media. Dependend on the social media channel, I add hashtags.
These are not always the same as per subject/blog article. Would it be possible to create an extra field to the socmed template that we can fill out with these hashtags _before_ publishing to socials media?

We now have to login to that specific account to add this info manually afterwards or add these tags by default in the blog post itself. The functionallity of SMAP is then undermined, as I then could also put the complete article by hand including the hashtags. The reason I ask is that on X/Twitter I have to pay if one wants to add/change a published article afterwards. Happy to hear your thoughts!
