Redirect to wp-load.php

    Hi,
    I was just trying to set up MalCare, but failing on the first step, connecting it.
    I get an error on testing the connection that it redirected to wp-load.php.
    I don’t see this mentioned anywhere in the knowledge base or here in the forum. Could you help me troubleshoot this?

    Hey,

    It looks like the issue might be due to an incorrect site URL being added to your account. Please make sure you’ve entered the full URL with HTTPS (for example, https://yourdomain.com) and then try reconnecting the plugin.

    Thanks for the swift reply. Thanks for checking and I’m one step further. It’s now saying that it couldn’t verify the plugin as it thinks it’s deactivated or deleted. It’s certainly active.
