This kind of billing bug is really scary — charging customers after their subscription expired is a liability. Did you ever find a fix or switch to something else? I’m building a subscription plugin where the renewal logic is dead simple and transparent. Would be curious to know what your setup looks like.

    Hello @zhaodongchao

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your concern—unexpected renewal orders after a subscription has expired would be a serious issue, and subscription renewals should always behave in a predictable and reliable manner.

Whenever an issue like this is reported, we investigate it thoroughly. However, before we can determine whether it’s caused by a plugin issue or by a specific site configuration, we need enough information to reproduce the behavior. Details such as the plugin version, WooCommerce version, WordPress version, payment gateway, and the steps leading to the issue are extremely helpful.
