Unusable Plugin Backed by Nonexistent Support

Do not trust the 5-star reviews on this plugin—they are highly questionable at best.

I spent THREE WEEKS trying to get this plugin working for a client, and the entire experience was a complete nightmare.

Support is handled through a helpdesk with what appears to be a single developer, and there is no way to speak with anyone directly. Every issue—no matter how critical—requires at least a 24-hour turnaround. To make matters worse, when I first reached out, the system lost all of my messages, setting me back three full days immediately.

In the middle of troubleshooting multiple ongoing issues, support went completely silent for FIVE DAYS due to the developer being unavailable. That kind of gap is unacceptable when you’re actively trying to launch functionality on a live site.

From a technical standpoint, the plugin is deeply flawed. The Google Maps API implementation is deprecated. After installing it, my server began behaving erratically. Core features simply do not work as advertised—service areas could not be configured reliably, rates would not display correctly, and the booking widget consistently accepted rides outside of defined boundaries regardless of restrictions.

After weeks of wasted time, we had no choice but to remove it entirely because it was fundamentally non-functional.

This was one of the worst plugin experiences I’ve had. Thankfully, my client was understanding—but that doesn’t excuse the product.

Avoid this plugin unless you enjoy significant delays, broken functionality, and unreliable support.
