Issues With Mobile View

I have the header and theme set.

However, when it’s viewed on mobile it gives me the hamburger menu on the side where a user would have to scroll to see it. I can change it in blocks, but it does away with all of my other links except for about and contact, when viewing the site on a desktop. When I put the hamburger menu under the website name in the header, on mobile it seems okay, but on the desktop view it cuts off the other links. It’s in the primary header that I’m speaking about as well.
