The “Parse shortcodes in strings” option is intended to allow shortcode content to render inside table cells. However, since different plugins handle their shortcodes in different ways, we can’t guarantee full compatibility with all of them. In some cases—especially with more complex plugins like gallery builders—the shortcode may not execute as expected inside a table cell.
That said, we can still take a closer look and see if there’s anything we can suggest or reproduce on our end.
