Hola. He instalado product bundle free. Creo un producto y al entrar en la pagina de producto de elementor me doy cuenta que rompe todo el diseño css de elementor. Son incompatibles?

    Hello @mercerianinot

Thank you for choosing our plugin.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

The Elementor and the product bundle are compatible and in use on many of our clients website.

Maybe there is a cache issue on your website or a conflict on your website causes this issue.

    Please follow the instructions below:

First, ensure you have the latest versions of the plugins. If you have the PRO version, please ensure that it is updated too.

There seems to be a cache issue on your website. To address this, consider disabling the cache temporarily and retrying the action. The plugin relies on the WP Rest API to fetch popup products, so it’s important to ensure that your cache plugin does not cache the Rest API request.

Add the below files to the cache excludes, in case you need further assistance please contact your cache plugin support.

    /wp-includes/js/dist/url.min.js
    /wp-includes/js/dist/hooks.min.js
    /wp-includes/js/dist/i18n.min.js
    /wp-includes/js/dist/api-fetch.min.js
    /wp-includes/js/dist/vendor/react-dom.min.js
    /wp-includes/js/dist/vendor/react.min.js
    /wp-content/plugins/easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce/assets/js/shared/index.js
    /wp-content/plugins/easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce/assets/js/product/index.js
    /wp-content/plugins/easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce/assets/js/admin/admin/index.js
    /wp-content/plugins/easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce/assets/js/admin/product/index.js
    /wp-content/plugins/easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce-pro/assets/js/product/index.js
    /wp-content/plugins/easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce-pro/assets/js/utils/index.js
    /wp-content/plugins/easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce/assets/css/product/style.css
    /wp-content/plugins/easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce/assets/css/shared/style.css
    /wp-content/plugins/easy-product-bundles-for-woocommerce-pro/assets/css/product/style.css

Set your Cache lifespan option in WP Rocket to a value below 12 hours; 10 hours would be a starting point, but you may have go down to 8 or even less.

If the previous suggestion doesn’t resolve the issue, there might be a conflict on your website triggering this problem. To troubleshoot, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and the Product Bundle plugin. Test the functionality; if it works correctly, reactivate the plugins one by one to pinpoint the one causing the issue.

    I hope it helps.

We checked the link and found that it is working properly for us.

    Here is the screenshot.

Just please note that the container where the bundle items are shown is small and you should fix the container size to fix the issue. Please contact your developer to fix the Elementor or CSS issues for you.

The issue is not related to the plugin itself, but you have put the bundle items in a container that has a small size so you should fix the sizes.

    I hope it helps.

Buenos dias. Gracias

It is an issue from your developer side (maybe you).

The “sku” div is outside of the “populated” div on the product bundle page while it is in the right place in the second product link. On the second product link the “sku” div is inside the “populated” div.

Check the attached screenshot for more information.

After putting the “sku” div in the right place (inside the “populated” div) it is working fine.

Just please note that your design or your custom works issues are out of our support.

The plugin automatically place the bundle inside the page, however you can use the plugin shortcode too to put it in the right place too.

It is not related to your site issue as it is an issue from your developer side.

    To use the shortcode:

    • Refer to the plugin settings.
    • Set the “Bundle position” to “none” and save the changes.
    • Then use the shortcode below to put the plugin content in an appropriate position.

The plugin has the below shortcodes and you can use them.

    • [asnp_wepb_product] Use it on the product page to show the bundles.
    • [asnp_wepb_product show_add_to_cart=”1″] Use it on the product page to show the bundles + add to cart button.

    I hope it helps.

    Regards
