Hi @colette6114 ,
Thanks for reaching out!
On checking your page, it looks like this is related to a HCAPTCHA on your form. You can use the following CSS to fix it:
div.wpforms-container-full .wpforms-form .wpforms-recaptcha-container {
position: relative;
}
And in case it helps, here’s a tutorial on how to add custom CSS like this to your site.
Hope this helps!
Hi @colette6114 ,
We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
Thanks!
Merci bien. Ça n’a pas résolu le problème. Pour le moment j’ai enlevé le captcha. j’ai déjà eu ce problème il y a quelque temps. J’avais installé ensuite recaptcha.
Thank you. That didn’t solve the problem. For now, I’ve removed the captcha. I had this problem a while ago. I then installed reCAPTCHA.
Hi @colette6114 ,
Thanks for letting us know!
I tried this on my end when your form had reCAPTCHA enabled, and the CSS worked fine for me, so it seems like something specific is affecting it on your setup.
Could you please re-enable reCAPTCHA on your form again and apply the same CSS once more so we can check it further with you and help get it working properly?
After adding it, if the issue is still the same, please let me know so I can check it further and help you get your forms working correctly with the reCAPTCHA.
Thanks!
Bonjour Amjad Ali,

Hello Amjad Ali, My main question is: I have a multisite setup with a main site and two subdomains. (One of these subdomains is very important, but the captcha doesn’t work on it, and I’ve added your CSS in the “Customize” section.) The hcaptcha plugin has been installed on the network for a long time. It’s configured on the main site with the site key and the secret key. Do I need to configure the subdomain separately, or does it automatically use the main site’s configuration? I believe this is the essential question.
Hi @colette6114 ,
As you are using the hCaptcha for WordPress plugin, the issue is likely due to a conflict between that plugin and WPForms.
When both try to handle hCaptcha at the same time, it can cause problems like the captcha not loading correctly or form fields not working as expected.
To resolve this, please go to hCaptcha → Integrations in your WordPress dashboard, enable both options for WPForms (Form Auto-Add and Form Embed), as you can see in this screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/i/z3AMMA, and save the settings.
Also, regarding your multisite setup, the hCaptcha plugin works in two modes: regular and network.
In regular mode, hCaptcha needs to be configured separately for each site or subdomain, while in network mode, the same settings are applied across all sites.
If you want to use the same configuration across your network, please make sure the “Use network-wide settings” option is enabled, as you can see in this screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/i/d4PGPT.
Hope that helps!
Thank you so much for your very clear answer which allowed me to resolve the issue at the network level without having to add it each time in the contact forms. Thank you.
