    Hello Kreebi Forms Support Team,

    I am using your plugin and need help creating a support/contact form.

    I want to add a message field (textarea) so users can write their issue or message in detail, but I am unable to find this field option in the form builder.

    Could you please guide me on how to add a textarea/message field in the form?

    Hello @arunkunwar,
    Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it.

    We’ve now updated the plugin, and you can add a message/textarea field by selecting the “Long Text” option in the form builder.

    Please make sure you’re using version 1.1.9 or later to access this feature.
