    As per @jamespostsil’s post, I contacted you several weeks prior to my yearly renewal for your plugin. I have written via your support system repeatedly, with no response at all, and sent several screenshots of the ‘nonce’ error report that I received when trying to cancel both the main plugin and the Bridge Add-on.

    To make matters worse, today (11 April 2026), I have been charged another £29 for the Bridge add-on.

    I have paid yearly since 2017 for the plugin, and if it is no longer supported, why is the site still live and updates/promotions still offered, after taking my money today?

    Please could you respond to my support requests ASAP, and organise a refund? I would also like to know how to cancel/close my account.

    Any reply to this !!!

    Looks like I cannot even delete my banking details form my account page, in order that the same issue does not happen next year – shocking!!!
