When I look at the German (de_DE) Solid Security plugin translation (here) I see that it is only 47% completed.
Then I checked some of the strings from your screenshot(s) that are missing a translation and saw these are indeed not yet translated.
So what you need to do is translate the Solid Security 2FA specific strings on translate.wordpress.org and then ask a German translation editor to review your submitted translations.

The issue here is that the German (de_DE) translation for Solid Security on translate.wordpress.org is currently at about 47%, which means more than half of the plugin’s strings — including many on the Two-Factor Authentication screens — have not yet been translated by the community.
What you are seeing in Loco Translate as “100% complete” likely refers to the strings present in the local translation file on your site, not the full set of translatable strings in the plugin. The plugin contains thousands of strings, and the local .po file may only cover a subset. The authoritative source for translation progress is the WordPress.org translation project:

The specific untranslated strings visible in your screenshot — “Authentication Code”, “Authenticate”, “Or, use a backup method:”, “Backup Authentication Codes”, and “Continue” — are all properly set up for translation in the plugin source code. They just need someone to translate them on translate.wordpress.org.
Here is what you can do:
- Contribute translations directly — Log in at translate.wordpress.org, navigate to the Solid Security German (de_DE) project, and translate the missing strings. Your submissions will go through a review process by a German translation editor.
- Contact the German translation team — You can reach the German Polyglots team via the WordPress Slack
