Critical Error dud to ConvertKit Plugin

    My website is getting critical errors whenever I try to access any part of it (Installed Plugins, Tools, Settings, Pages, etc.). I did not get an email with a link to start the website in safe mode. There is no hosting option under Tools, and clicking anything under that tab results in a critical error.

    The logs for my website include a fatal error referencing the ConvertKit Plugin, but as I cannot disable the plugin myself, the AI chatbot has stated I’ll need human support to do so.

    Please work with your web host to deactivate and/or delete (whichever is possible) both Kit and Kit for WPForms Plugins. Settings will be retained.

    Once done, ensure the following Plugins are installed.

    • Kit 3.2.3 or higher
    • Kit for WPForms 1.9.1 or higher
