    When I fill in the billing fields and click on next, the page does not go to the next step but reloads, losing all the previously entered data.

    • A screen recording of the issue (if possible)
    • Your WooCommerce System Status Report:
      • Go to WooCommerce → Status
      • Click “Get system report”

    Could you please clarify if this issue is happening on the default WooCommerce checkout page or on a custom checkout page?

    Also, when you click the Next button, do you see any errors in your browser’s console? You can open the console log by pressing Ctrl + Shift + I (or Cmd + Option + I on Mac) and checking for any errors when trying to proceed to the next step.

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
