• Woocommerce Analytics is not tracking sales at all. I have tried a few of the solutions posted in other forum posts such as clearing my caches but haven’t been able to find a solution. I tried to use monster insights as a work around thinking it wouldn’t use the same data as Woocommerce but it wasn’t the case.

    If there are any suggestions for what I should proceed by doing please let me know.

    Here’s a screenshot of the Analytics page. It shows no data of any previous sales even though we’ve sold products in the triple digits.

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot. I’ve checked your System Status Report and noticed that you are using an outdated version of WooCommerce, which could be causing this issue.

    I recommend updating WooCommerce to the latest version and ensuring that your WordPress database is also updated to the latest version (10.6.2). After the update, try reimporting your historical data to see if that resolves the issue.

    If the problem persists, could you please share theFatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Thank you for update. Just to verify, after updating WooCommerce, have you tried reimporting the analytical data? If yes, could you please confirm whether the import completed successfully or if it got stuck at any point?

    If you have not tried to reimport historical data. Could you also try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and then attempt to reimport the historical data to see if that works? you can imoprt data by going to Analytics > Settings, and scroll down to Import Historical Data.     You can perform these steps on a staging site so your live site remains unaffected. You may use your hosting provider’s staging tool (if available), or you can use the following plugin to create a staging site:
