Responsive controls not working (and disappearing)

    When I’m changing for example the padding of a paragraph it has only an effect in desktop mode. When I change to tablet or mobile and adjust the numbers, nothing is happening. I tested it on three different sandbox installations. If this stuff worked it would be the best plugin on the market.

    Also the responsive controls don’t appear if I install the plugin after activitating Astra theme. Only if I enable and then disable the top toolbar they appear.
