Our licence is valid until 2028 but cleantalk plugin says ‘key not valid update plugin’. Everything is up to date and synchronising with the cloud is ongoing. Key is right. So is there something going on with your server?

Do you have the option to click the “Sync with the Cloud” button in the plugin settings? If so, please do that and wait for the page to reload. What is the result?

Can’t find the sync setting yet. Where would be approximately? Tried to paste an image inhere but not sure if that will work. On my website the cloudsyncing is busy, ongoing and not changing.
Is the setting at ‘diversen’ (‘miscellaneous’) ‘Verzend verbindingsrapporten’ (send connection reports’)?
I don’t see those buttons and my access key is in plain sight, no asterixes. I’m not sure where your manual update section is. But I will remove the plugin and upload it again I guess.
Well Removed the plugin and installed it again, inserted the key and after a few seconds is changed from ‘key is not valid’ to valid key and the buttons are there now. So I guess it’s all right now. Hopefully it will stay that way. Thank you Eugene for your support. Kind regards, Karin.
Also had the same issue with my site saying “Access key is not valid, update the plugin settings. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk.”
There was no option/buttons to sync with cloud, but simply deactivating and then reactivating the plugin solved the issue. After activation, the “Sync with cloud” button appear and after a sync, all was in order.
