Firewall Blocking Legit Traffic?

    I’m using Wordfence Security, and it mostly works great. Lately I noticed some real user visits being blocked by the firewall. I checked settings but not sure which rule is causing it. Can you help me figure out what to adjust?

    Hi @elaindougall, thanks for your question.

    If you’re sure the IPs being blocked were supposed to be real visits based on user feedback or your own experience, you should be able to see the reason why Wordfence is blocking them on the Live Traffic page. Specific firewall rules, Wordfence settings, and other reasons are given in red text.

    If you’re not sure how to deal with a certain reason, by all means paste what you’re seeing here. There’s more information on using this page in the link I’ve given above, too.
