    I’ve set up forms with WPForms Lite, but sometimes I get duplicate email alerts or none at all. I tried changing notification settings, but the issue stays. Any idea what might fix this?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

    If you’re using the CC field, please be sure to only include one email in the Send To Email Address field. Otherwise, each additional email address you enter will result in an extra copy of the notification sent to each address in the CC field.

    If your notification settings are correct, I recommend configuring an SMTP plugin to see if this resolves the issue. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.
