• I’m using WooCommerce on my site and need help with shipping options. I’m trying to set up flat rate and free shipping together, but sometimes only one shows at checkout. Can you guide me on the right setup?

    I understand how confusing it can be when flat rate and free shipping don’t consistently appear at checkout, and I’ll be happy to help you look into this 🙂

    To better understand the setup, Can you please share some screenshots to help us investigate this further? I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    We need screenshots of:

    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone (please share this for all zones)
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone > Click on edit on each shipping method so we can check the specific settings (please share this for all methods)
    • The cart/checkout page with the issue

    Also, please a share a System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
