Tick box – Terms and Conditions

    How do I add a tick box during the checkout process to confirm acceptance of the Terms and Conditions? I currently only have a message stating: ‘By confirming your order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.’

    I understand you’d like customers to actively confirm acceptance of the Terms and Conditions with a checkbox instead of only showing a message.

    Could you please confirm if you are using the block based Checkout?

    If yes, you can add the required checkbox by editing the Checkout page:

    1. Go to Pages → Checkout → Edit.
    2. Click on the Terms and Conditions text block.
    3. In the right sidebar settings, make sure to enable the Require checkbox option as shown in your screenshot: https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cOevl2nTv0E

    This will add a mandatory checkbox that customers must tick before placing the order.
