Permalink changes after loading

I have a home page with the page title of Home…

The permalink for this page is: http://www.speakuptheywilllisten.com/

I can load the page from WP desktop perfectly

If you call it up from http://SpeakUpTheyWillListen.com it will load properly… BUT, when you use the nav bar and visit another page…

and them recall the home page…
it will try and load: http://www.speakuptheywilllisten.com/home-2/

so, from the internet, you cannot get back to the index page…

where the /home-2/ comes from… I do not know…
