Cant install 7.0 RC2

I have created a dev site which is a copy of a clients site.

I’ve installed the beta tester plugin.

Configure it as mentioned, but no matter what I do it refuses to install RC2

This is what I get: (And the button says Reinstall version 6.3.8 – which is very odd!)
