The support is not responding.

We are having difficulties with a feature. We couldn’t find a solution in forums, and support is not responding. We then requested a refund because we cannot use the plugin, but despite numerous emails and messages via Facebook, we have received no response at all. I strongly advise against purchasing it.

Update: finally they got in contact. money was refunded
