• I switched from Elementor to GreenShift.
So My site was originally built with Elementor,
but Greenshift uses the WordPress Block Editor.

The old Elementor data was still stored in the database.
Meep AI Translator saw that old data and translated it instead of the actual page content
    — which is why the translated page showed the old Elementor layout (tooltips, badges, team sections) instead of the real page content.

Within a few hours, Meep support updated their plugin (to v1.4.9)
It now detect this situation and translate the correct content.

  • Hi Bastiaan,

Thank you for this — and for taking the time to describe the issue so clearly. Your write-up actually helps other users who switch from Elementor to a block-based builder understand exactly what to expect.

This edge case (leftover Elementor data in the database being picked up instead of the live block content) is now handled in v1.4.9. If anyone runs into a similar situation after migrating away from Elementor, updating to the latest version will resolve it.

Really appreciate your patience while we worked through it. Enjoy the translations!
